Delivery

Our deliveries are made during normal business hours Monday to Friday to addresses in mainland UK; to ensure that the delivery is made someone must be present to sign for the order.

We only deliver to customers pre-registered addresses in the UK. Customers with multiple locations are advised to register details of their various sites when completing registration application.

Process:

After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a product or products.

All orders are subject to acceptance by us, full payment or on agreed terms after which we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the relevant product or products has been dispatched ("Dispatch Confirmation"). The contract between us ("Contract") will only be formed when we send you the dispatch and payment confirmation.

All orders placed by 12 noon (Monday to Friday) will be delivered the following business day (subject to terms and conditions). Deliveries may take longer for some parts of the country and/or in extreme weather conditions.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send email confirmation.

Delivery is FREE for orders over £500 (excluding VAT and delivery charge).

If on inspection there is any damage or shortage, it is imperative that this is noted on the delivery note at the time of delivery. Claims will not be considered if this is not completed.
